• Revisit inotrope and vasopressor with introduction of new agent and review ln current practice
• Mechanism of action of different inotrope , recommendation of vasopressor usage in critically ill patient

Discussion:

1. Point of initiation of enteral feeding.
2. Duration of hydrocortisone in critically ill patients
3. Usage of Milrinone in the perioperative period
4. Discussion on vasopressor choice in patients with pulmonary hypertension undergoing intra-abdominal surgery – combination of vasopressin, milirinone and low dose noradrenaline and adrenaline may be an option
